Refund policy

We accept returns for a refund (excluding shipping costs) provided that:

• You submit a return request within 10 days of receiving your order.
• You return the items within 7 days after receiving your return authorisation.
• Items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all labels, tags, and packaging intact.

• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
• Items deemed non‑resalable (worn, washed, altered, perfume marks, makeup marks, or damaged packaging).
• Items returned outside the allowed timeframe.

• Contact us before sending the item back.
• Photos of the defect or incorrect item must be provided.
• If replacement is possible, we will exchange the item.
• If replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service.
• LILAEUGENIE is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non‑refundable.
• For non‑EU customers: import duties and taxes are not refundable by us.

4. Wait for approval.
5. You will receive return instructions via email.
6. Package items securely and return them with all labels and packaging intact.
