Shipping policy
DISPATCH
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours during business days.
- Working hours: Monday–Friday 9:00–18:00, Saturday 9:00–13:00 (Cyprus time).
- If delays exceed 72 hours, we will notify you by email.
SHIPPING METHODS
- International orders are shipped via DHL Express.
- Cyprus orders are delivered via local courier.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
FREE SHIPPING
- Cyprus deliveries are free and typically arrive within 1 business day.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated times (not guaranteed):
- Cyprus: 1–3 business days
- EU: ~3–7 business days
- Rest of world: 5–10 business days
TRACKING
- Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order through your account at www.lila-eugenie.com.
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES NON‑EU SHIPMENTS
- Orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.

If a shipment is refused and returned, we will refund the item cost minus shipping and return fees.
EU SHIPMENTS
No additional taxes or import duties are charged for EU deliveries.
